My guest tonight is Artist Pamela Stolz!

Pamela Stolz was born in 1990 and grew up in Hubbardston, Massachusetts. After high school, she moved to Brooklyn, NY where she studied Fine Arts with a concentration in Painting at Pratt Institute. After graduating in 2012, she worked for  The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, and then later moved to Eagle Butte, SD where she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member with the Cheyenne River Youth Project.

She primarily creates oil paintings, and much of her work is semi-autobiographical and deals with the personal relationships of her peers as well as with her family’s recent past. She has shown work in several exhibitions in New York, Massachusetts, and South Dakota, and was a member of the Pittsburgh Art House during the summer of 2011.

In 2017, Pamela was invited to contribute a mural as part of the POW WOW Worcester project.
